How long does my order take to ship?

With the exception of custom orders, most orders will ship within 2-3 business days of order being placed.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately, at this time orders are only shipping within the United States. Maybe someday I’ll be able to expand.

What is your return policy? 

Bears can be returned if a request to return is submitted within 5 days of order delivered. A request may be submitted through the contact form. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and will be refunded order total less original shipping cost. Bears must be intact, undamaged and unsoiled to be returned.
